Udemy certification exam vouchers for AWS, CompTIA and Microsoft

The course is only part of what a certification costs, because the exam has its own fee. Udemy now sells official exam vouchers for AWS, CompTIA and Microsoft exams at least 10% below the price of booking directly with the vendor.

A voucher is prepaid credit for one sitting of a specific exam. You buy it on Udemy, then enter the code when you schedule the exam with the testing provider. If you're already taking a Udemy prep course, the course and the exam come from the same place.

Exams you can get a voucher for

• AWS: Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate, Developer Associate and other AWS certification exams
• CompTIA: A+, Network+, Security+ and other CompTIA certification exams
• Microsoft: Azure, Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft role-based certification exams

Vendors add and retire certifications, so the voucher page has the current list.

AWS Second Chance: an exam plus a retake

AWS exams also come in a Second Chance bundle: an exam voucher plus a retake voucher, saving up to 40% compared with paying for two attempts. Both vouchers are valid for 9 months. Before you buy, know that the retake can only be added when you first buy the voucher, that Second Chance covers AWS exams only, and that it isn't available in Japan.

For CompTIA, the voucher page also offers Security+ and A+ vouchers bundled with Retake Assurance, CompTIA's own retake guarantee.

Prepare first, then book the exam

Buy the voucher once you're ready to pass. If you're still studying, start with one of these discounted prep courses:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Udemy coupon)
• CompTIA Security+ Complete Course (Udemy coupon)

Certifications are one of the fastest ways to move up in IT, and a cheaper exam makes that step easier. Our guide to paying less for CompTIA and AWS exams covers the other ways to save.
