Eliminar tu cuenta de Speed Learning | Class Coupon

You can delete your Speed Learning account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app (fastest)

Open the Speed Learning app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab (bottom right).
Tap Account & Security.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email privacy@classcoupon.com from the email address your account is registered under, with the subject “Delete my Speed Learning account”. We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google handle the billing, so cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings before you delete your account, or you may keep being charged.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in record (including at our authentication provider, Clerk).
All documents, facts, translations, bookmarks, tags, and learning progress.
Your friend connections, chat messages, photos and voice messages (including the audio and image files), shared documents, and any reports you made or that were made about you.
Your profile details (name, username, photo, learning goals).

Your conversations are deleted on both sides, so the messages you exchanged also disappear from your friends’ chats.

What is kept

Purchase and subscription records (product, store, amount, and date), which we keep for accounting and tax. They are no longer linked to your account. Apple, Google, and our subscription service, RevenueCat, keep their own records under their own privacy policies.
Feedback you sent from the app, including any email address you typed into it, and language requests. These are no longer linked to your account. Email us if you want them removed too.
If you used the app as a guest before signing up, the guest record (usage counts, a hashed device ID, and the IP address it started from). We keep it to enforce the free guest limits, and it is no longer linked to your account.
Database backups can hold a copy of deleted data for up to 30 days, after which it is gone for good.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual documents, bookmarks, and chat messages directly in the app at any time. For anything else, email privacy@classcoupon.com and tell us what you’d like removed.
